CYBERSECURITY MEASURES

A number of measures have been put in place to ensure superior security for
personal data and cyber security:

- Company passwords and customer passwords are
stored on external software.

- For each customer who signs a service contract, and therefore for whom
we carry out work, we keep a register of the information and passwords
held for that customer.

- A backup copy of these passwords is stored on the company's general
hard disk 1x per week.

- An EDR is installed on each of the company's computers. A daily
check is carried out by a cybersecurity agency.

- Each company computer is continuously connected to a
VPN application. Company employees are required to keep this
application switched on at all times. In the event of a site refusing access because we are using
a VPN (e.g. a government site), a temporary disconnection from
the application is authorized. This must be reactivated as soon as you stop using the
site in question.

- Systems are backed up once a month. Copies of
backups are kept on an external hard drive.

- All employees are required to maintain an active firewall at all times.

- Employees are required to check compliance with
cybersecurity measures on a weekly basis.

- All company employees have received cybersecurity training
from FCEI

- All company employees must only store their
passwords on our software. They are required to create very
secure passwords made up of upper and lower case letters, numbers and signs.
No password should be used twice. Employees must use two-factor authentication if
available.

- Our website is managed on Shopify and is secure.

- A cookie authorization banner is present on our
website.

- All company documents and external hard drives are stored in
a secure, locked room.
