Products sold by Protech Allergies are covered by our customer satisfaction policy, which allows you to return merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise, subject to the following conditions:
1. A customer who is not satisfied with a product must contact Protech Allergies within 30 days of the date of receipt of the product.
2. Returned goods must not be physically damaged, including damage caused by improper handling. We will not accept products which have been physically altered or which have undergone modifications not approved by the manufacturer, etc. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on special order products. All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. All charges, including shipping, handling, and insurance, are non-refundable.
